I haven't made a trance track in a while.
Any comment appreciated!

Really cool track. I especially like when the Indian vocals come in around 4 minutes. Good tune πŸ‘

Sound design and production are, as always, top notch. I really like the syncopation in the drums that occurs a couple of times: really gives dynamism to the track and enhances the power of the straight trancey drum sequences. The middle-eastern flavour also is interesting. Good job!

I find history tracking excellent but I am more reserved on mastering too deaf and too approximate, it lacks dimension.

However, I like this rather original side of the production even if the style is quite agreed.

I'm taking a trip down memory lane with this one and I find myself sitting here smiling at around the 3-minute mark when the new big melody is introduced. This feels like the good old days with Astral Projection and Infected Mushroom (before the dubstep).

It might just be me but I think the whole track is a bit too smashed? Might be a bit too hard on the master limiter/compressor. But it's no deal-breaker.
The whole track is drowned in reverb, but that is also what makes it feel like the older days of goa trance.

I like it, thanks for sharing!

I probably neither have the hearing nor the speakers to do proper mastering.

Can you explain what you mean with history tracking?

Thanks for listening and your comment!

Yeah the older Goa tracks are great :-)

I have been watching Baphy's clip-to-zero videos on mastering lately and tried that technique on this track. I think I need to gain more experience.

Thanks for listening and your comment! :-)

Really or a joke ?

But who do you inspire you then ?

I was talking about events in the choicy times and in the progression of the song.
It's instrumental but not boring ! Bravo !

cool track and nice mix. i'm listening on headphones and i think that there's something about a frequency that contributes to the snappiness of the pulse kick that would make my ears start to hurt after a while though

Sounds great and the vocals are fantastic, so is the sitar type sounds. I thought I would tire of the way the bass pattern repeated and didn't change in pattern but it seemed to hold together just fine. Very nicely mixed too. I could definitely listen to this when in the mood for some psy, great work.

Haha, yea. Them old psy/goa tracks weren't shy of going on for 10-12 minutes sometimes. "Ain't no body got time for that!" ;)

Thanks for pointing out the mix issues. I'll try to improve if I find the time.

Thanks for listening NMN!

Thanks Wav-E!

Yes it's short. I like my tracks keep changing all the time a little bit and I was running out of ideas.

World rave! A lot of elements remind me of Shpongle and Infected Mushroom which I love. But you have your own style of this genre. The beat is moving so well with so much going on and everything sounds crystal clear. I would totally rave to this. Oh and that kick is BUSSIN.
