What genre is this ? Can someone tell me ? I'm bad with classifying my music. Please let me know what genre this is.
Yeah, I don't really get genres, earlier I used to make whatever music sounded good to me, now I'm trying to learn about differences in subgenres, but it's so difficult, so many of them

Sounds good to me.
Who cares about genres? Like you mentioned already, be free with your creativity. There’s no need to try to fit your music into tiny little boxes.
But I understand, you need to call it something for the thread at least.

Well the thing is I want to send the track to various people like radio stations etc, they ask for genres.TritoneAddiction wrote: ↑24 Jun 2021Sounds good to me.

I understand. I wish I could help you out, but I'm not very good with genres either.visheshl wrote: ↑25 Jun 2021Well the thing is I want to send the track to various people like radio stations etc, they ask for genres.TritoneAddiction wrote: ↑24 Jun 2021Sounds good to me.

Thanks skimrock, I finally let go of my old Mac and bought a new pc.
What have u been upto, any new music ?
I enjoyed this track. I would remark that the bass sounds a bit thing throughout the first part. I becomes better after you introduce the new bass sound around 3:20, the track sounds more full/complete. I could see this as techno, but when the switch to triplets comes it puts me more in the mind of progressive psytrance these days.

Well so far it's been great. Prior to getting the mac I had terrible experiences with windows, it crashed, had driver issues, irq conflicts and viruses, it was such a painful experience.i hope windows has improved over all these years and that switching to windows was a good idea.
