Nice. I tried to work with hardware synths in the past, but soft synths are just more convenient at this point, and much less hassle to work with. Do you find the sound of the hardware synths are worth all the extra work to produce music with? Thanks.

Thanks for listening. I got sick of working on a computer. For me it's not about the sound difference, soft synths can sound great, it's about making music on an instrument rather than looking at a screen. I've just got an Akai mpc one so hopefully my next song will only use my pc for masteringThe_Real_DeanC2000 wrote: β01 Jun 2021Nice. Digitone sounds great, wish you had used it for more sounds, same goes for the tracker

I will definitely do something that sounds 'cooler' next. It's so easy to make huge cheesey sounds on the deepmind 6 but I needed to do that. I love it to bits, and tinker on it most days, so I have some cooler sounds stored up ready to go.PhillipOrdonez wrote: β01 Jun 2021Digitone sounds great, wish you had used it for more sounds, same goes for the tracker

yeah you can't automate them as easily and some take a bit of tuning but very inspirational being hands on for me. I usually make a lot of samples with them or use them to layer.The_Real_DeanC2000 wrote: β01 Jun 2021Nice.
