(80s) - Promised Land feat. Katrina Cain (Hurricane Remix)

This is a remix I did for a remix contest on metapop. Found out about it 3 days ago and I managed to get this in. I won't win.

It's in my 80s style. Started it in Reason, had the basic layout done and then exported the midi file to Logic (I'm still on Reason 10.4) and finished it off there. This is also the first time I've put a track through outboard gear.

I asked my girlfriend for feedback - she is completely unaware of the whole synthwave/outrun/retro thing (and she's a 90s baby), and her critique was "it sounds dated". Soooo, NAILED IT, lol.
