I am a big fan of the Big V

I will say the House Piano took me by surprise. Vangelis gets a lot of his feel from the way he just plays off the cuff. He does sequence some things but the real heart of his pieces is the way he lets the music pass through him. I really missed that in here.

It is not the sounds I was really commenting on but the style & composition of the music itself.

I like it. I think it works with the video nicely. Honestly though, I'm having a hard time connecting it to Vangelis' work. His sound is so unique and soul penetrating I think maybe the music could be more dramatic - I don't know just rambling now. I can hear some layered stuff on top of what you're doing to thicken it up maybe? (Still rambling ). A good try at a Vangelis-like tune though (was that what your goal was?) just maybe needs more elaboration.

Keep going with it. I'd love to hear it evolve more. And of course feel free to crit my stuff harshly also if you felt I just did (because it feels like that to me, ) - just speaking honestly so you can improve.

I agree that the track isn't really Vangelis style but that doesn't detract from me what you have done here. My take-away is that this is your own music, inspired by Vangelis' connection with his own music. I like!
