I tried a bit of everything in this tune. Oberon (bass), Champagne Super Nova Synth (leads), Resonans (background glittery thing), Ambi Nature (wheather sounds), Stringwerk, ProjectSam, Parsec (plucks, FX), Legend (rhythmic noise).

Thanks. Did a quick search on Edgar Wallace. I can see some resemblances.
