Not a bad track at all, still to me this sounds more like a crossover between hard trance, jumpstyle and deadmau5 flavoured EDM than happy hard core.

For proper (classic) happy hardcore you'd imho need to use a few more clichés like the cheesy high pitched happy vocals, some alternative distorted kicks at the end of phrases and some rave stab synths that are more high pitched like sounding also adding a musicbox sound to play of the melody would also tick off another cliché.
