This is an improvisation. I use the left hand to play the low end on a midi keyboard and the right hand alternating between playing melody and modifying filter cutoff and resonance, assisted by CV modulation. I ran the whole thing through lots of delay and reverb.

The particular sound came from Bazille VST but I also use Thor for this kind of stuff. Thor has this wonderful formant filter. Playing around with filter parameters while playing the keyboard needs a lot of training to get the timing right. The sound itself is not that important, it's more on forging the sound with delays (putting a subtle pitch shifter in the insert of The Echo works great) and reverb (the more, the better).
