I would say that 1:10 is too long to wait before the music starts - you could cut down the vocal samples to repeat just once or twice, and get the tune moving.

The track could really go anywhere from here, I would consider adding some percussion, even if just to see where the mood takes you, and then you could figure what to add to the guitar riff you've got. Throw in some stop/starts, make it more interesting.
