Giving a listen on the Soundcloud page. So far I like your version better. I saw them open for the Police back in 1983 or 84? It was in Rochester, N.Y. and the audience weren't very nice to them. They still performed well.

1983. There's a bad bootleg of the Police part of the show on youtube. The Fixx opened as well.

Decent re-interpretation of an 80's classic.
Everything blends nicely in the mix. Only thing i would change is make the guitar a bit louder.
