The patch from which I started is called "glass_saw_evolving 01" and I found it in one of the "SF Mystic Dreampad" refills.

The main thing I changed on the patch was setting the KBD knob to 93 on each oscillator. This narrows the semitone so that I get approx. 16.5 semitones per octave or 33 semitones for every 2 octaves. There's some theoretical background behind this tuning at http://xenharmonic.wikispaces.com/33ed4
