[melodic house / trance] Zero trial and error

just got the trial for Zero today and I must say I'm loving it. These Blamsoft guys really are setting the bar for organic sounding synth REs.

This is not usually my kind of music, but I guess the synth took me there

It's a work in progress. No real intro or outro. Tell me what you think.

Not bad at all! Too slow for my liking, but slow is where it's at, at the moment... What's the bpm? Trance (which this most definitely is) is set firmly at 128 bpm nowadays. This sounds slower, but I might be wrong. Honestly though, I grew up on 140 bpm trance and still don't understand why they slowed it down... But hey, gotta get with the times right?

It sounds good! I would EQ some low out of the hi-hat, make it a little bit more sparkly, but other than that, the sounds all mesh nicely!

If you have some spare time I would love to see a version of this:
With that tom more in the back ground: it's too in your face for me
less overall 'pumpy'; I know thats in today and moves with the beat, but I like a large pad to float on its own like the ocean.

Other than that its a Really Feel Good Piece and those female vocals contribute tremendously!
Cool vacuum sounding thing in there as well.

The only way I will use zero any time soon, is if I make it the sole device used for a song and I still need to focus on oberon2 so it might be a while.

Possible name for song based off the speaking samples you used: "The most beautiful things"
