Sorry to say it doesn't really sound 60's but the influence is clearly there. At first I am think more like Smithereens (big 60's Garage influence) but then the weirdly robotic vocal comes in. Seems a bit odd in the situation as 60's is normally about humanity.

Interesting song tho, but I think it would have played better with more natural vocal delivery.
