Recently they were pushing sheet piles into the ground beside my working place. Made a lot of noise and so i had to switch my pocket recorder on ;) :D

There's also synths (the original Reason trio).

Very nice low end Kov, solid as! What did you use for the kick? Agree the high end was a bit harsh on the ears using headphones but I listened to it very LOUD so I could get the full benefit of the low freqs.

Thanks guys!

@ebop: Kick is "BD_BFK_LM" from the FSB on Kong. Pitched down -343 cents to match the song key. Then goes pulverizer with 38% squash, 83% dirt and LPF freq 3.17kHz/peak 46%. Then goes an mclass EQ with a slight and wide boost @ 120 kHz and a narrow and not so slight cut at 370 Khz.

Cool, thanks heaps Kov! I'll try this out. I was really impressed with how clear and heavy the low freqs were. No doubt good compression/mastering to. Good work man, nice bouncy techno.

Thanks! I don't know how this particular kick will work in another mix. This track has no real bass line. The long tail of the kick takes over that job. Makes it really easy to mix.
