Huckleberry fillips
Blackcurrant affairs

Should have been here much sooner
But blueberry lunar
Reburied under the stairs
It's a mark of your own insanity
That you think you can have it all your own way
You can rain on our parade
But you’ll never take our hearts and minds
And still you wonder why you've lost the will of the people
When you feed us with straw but eat the fruits of our labours
Uglis
Stir us in the coulis'
Kick us in the lychees
Grow strictly up your wires
Kumquat
I want what you've got
Warm berry compote
Summer strawberry creampie, high, high
Guava halves and sharpened mango
Lemon pop, it takes two to tango
Ripe tomatoes, and oh, huge melons
Passion fruit with banana heavens
Come on baby light my papaya
Try to set trifle on fire

You’d think they’d have
Bizarre fruit
You'd think they'd have some use
Bizarre fruit
You'd think they'd have some use

Wow absolutely great song.. after a while I'm indeed in the 80's and forget I'm listening to someone's joke! Well done.. Or were you dead serious?! I think this is letting some steam go over the financial discussions in the other thread....

Thanks for using my synth as well!

Very cool song, and what a great vibe you've created it.  Especially love the drum track.  This is probably my favorite vocal performance of yours that I've heard.
Still nostalgic about the old days, writing songs with my Amiga 500, Korg M1, and Ensoniq ASR-10 sampler.

Hey, thanks. I actually wrote this back in March when I demo'd Orange, but couldn't complete it until I bought it. ;)

It's no joke, though, well, not all of it. Rather a serious song, but I'll let you decide what it means :D

Freakin Fantastic!.... and strangely sexually suggestive in a fruity kind of way! :s0221:

I loved this in every way:-)

About the lyrics...can be interpreted many ways like good lyrics. I'm thinking of record companies.

Lord this song is catchy.  I listened to it ONCE and had the verses stuck in my head hours later.  So I'm back for another dose of fruit.
