Maybe you coud do put more delay/reverbs in some paralell layers to make it goes a bit smoother. Also do some slower build upp/off with the intense base flow.

I like the crystal/frozen fx 6:12 (what you coud do is to zoom in to that specifik sound and sort of "let it free" modifie it to stand alone waves or someting. (work with the reverb and pan to make if flow around in the room) one tip is to work on many, many layers of sound that you keep in like -50 db. if you create many layers you will soon find some very nice fx that will put some more collour to your track
