On the first breakdown it's a G minor chord and a 1st inversion of a C minor chord played by Snakebite.

On the second breakdown Snakebite does the same for the 1st 3 repetitions. On the fourth the whole thing is transposed down to D. On top of the 1st 2 repetitions there is Expanse playing a pattern of G minor, G7sus2, A#minor, 1st inversion of C minor chords.
