Yo, this is a crazy style, kind of reminds me of Ken Ishii somehow. Enjoyed it a lot.

I had no idea there was even a “technotrance” genre! However, after listening a few times I think you’ve nailed it. The beats and dissonance are pure techno and the repeating lines and ambient sounds are trance-y. Cool track, was a good listen! I especially like the field recording and synth (perhaps the PX-7?) EP/Pluck sound that comes in around 4:03. That repeating motif is nice, and when the pad comes in it’s like the middle of a set at a rave. This isn’t an intro or ending track....it’s something the DJ slides in to keep the crowd rolling. Well Done!
DAW: Reason 12

SAMPLERS: Akai MPC 2000, E-mu SP1200, E-Mu e5000Ultra, Ensoniq EPS 16+, Akai S950, Maschine

SYNTHS: Mostly classic Polysynths and more modern Monosynths. All are mostly food for my samplers!

Thanks guys!

That's how we used to call the Harthouse/Planet Rhythm/Labworks-like stuff back in 93 in Switzerland. Trancy stuff where one still hears that it originates from Detroit Techno.

You nailed it, and before your post I was gonna describe it it as such. Nice job!
