Rex loops not loading

For some reason when I try to load a patch into Dr. Rex it only loads one loop. I've used it for many years and something's not right. Usually it loads all of the loops in the patch. If I want another loop I have to create a whole new Dr. Rx. Each one will only let me choose from that patch for the first loop. Typically I click on the next loop and it has me browse and pick another loop to load that is in that set of loops, or it just loads all the loops in the set that are in the patch. Also, other loops I have on my computer don't come up as usual when I try to choose them (like some I have from Looploft)- it seems like Reason can't find them or something. It's just black instead of listing them all. Any ideas?

Import them into nnxt instead

NNXT doesn't see the loops. NNXT isn't a loop player is it?

No but it can import all the slices.

Do you load a patch or a loop? I mean it has 2 different browser buttons...

The way I've always done it is to browse the patch and choose a loop. But for some reason I can only choose one, even though I should be able to choose up to 8. Not sure why-

Are you sure that the patch has 8 loops? Some have fewer. Is it a 'Reason' patch or 3rd party?
