hello,
@MarkTarlton: thank you so much for both the articles
the second one is definitely a keeper
listing the pedals and effect switches used by buckley
towards the bottom of this page you can download the manual for the quadraverb (113 pages / pdf)
https://audiojive.com/alesis-quadraverb/
will be neat to create a 'pacer board' mapping with his effect boxes
supergroovy
cheers and eat well,
j
Shoegaze/ My Bloody Valentine guitars
hello,
this would be a coolcool song to shoegaze
would be neat to see what other 'regular' songs to be shoegazed...
cheers and eat well,

hello,
@MrFigg,
yeah
i got the pacer with 2 pedals and a power supply
i registered / downloaded the nektar software
i'm updating my hdds to ssds
i think i'm staying on windows 7 and reason 10 (with the R11 suite RE)
my audio interface is sketchy with windows 10
it's gonna be a couple of months
my mom and brother are flying out to visit brooklyn
i'm tearing down the studio to get my brother some space
that's when i'll switch out the hdd to ssd and the graphics card
right now, i'm gathering a playlist of songs to shoegaze
i want to narrow the list down to the top 5
any suggestions?
when i was in alaska, we saw this guy playing an acoustic guitar
his name was hobo jim, old guy
in his contract, they built him a wooden stage
because at some point his seashore shanty songs
would cause him to stomp his foot (feet) so hard that he'd crack the floor
his music would get you so riled up everyone would start throwing glasses
in a goodgood way
and then back at the campsite, we'd eat fresh halibut cheeks with mac and cheese
while sonja and jimjaphy would do cover tunes of neil young
helpless, hurricane, harvest moon
i need to get better on guitar is the only problem
and then throw in some synthwave and 808s

LOL!! Man.. Gordon Lightfoot. I’m now officially convinced you’re in the same age category as myself.
Looks like the OP "brucelawson" made one post months ago and disappeared. This thread has went the course, and as no one is really posting stuff on-topic anymore, I'm locking it. Please start another thread if you feel inspired.
