Nope. Drag wav into sequencer, bounce to sample, then save sample to disc.
I did it for my Disco School ReFill so I can use it key and tempo synced. Then make folders, tag in Loopcloud. Took forever, but now I have it in a useful format.

The very old and not very permitted refill unpacker still works on some stuff.
The more permitted method is to load up the patch, sample, rex file or other thing into the instrument then save it out as an individual patch. Obviously that would take ages to do a large collection but you can just focus on the few patches you use.
