Is there any information how to get this Refill, is was a free Refill a few years ago but the link i found seems to be dead.

Do you mean Sample Basement? Those ReFills were made by Dave909, who is a member here, but doesn't look to have been active recently. I think your best bet is to contact him. That would be the only way according to the license.
