Legend modern analog refill issue

Hi i have recently purchased the modern analog refill for the legend but have encountered a weird issue. Basically i have downloaded and extracted the refill to my desktop and when i try a load a patch into legend it loads then automatically defaults to the first patch from legends stock sounds (think its called bass castle). Just wondered if anyone had encountered this or similar.
