What 3rd Party Synth Would You Like To See A ReFill Created With?

Hey Guys!
Trying to get a consensus of potential synths Reason users would like to see Preset/Refill combo made for/with.
Serum and Massive strikes me as potentially the most popular all around the digital production community but as always, I feel us Reason users have a somewhat 'special' taste. So I thought the folks on RT might have some other request that may please the community much more and be deemed most popular by users within the Reason Rack.
Would love to hear your thoughts on possible inclusions, free extensions, and whatever else you all feel would suit a project like this.
