So Ive learned that the secret to amazing sounds from Reason if you have no time for sound design is the refill market. I got a bunch of refills for my favorite Rack Extensions but now Im dialing it back to stock synths and I'm wondering what are the best refills for Thor. It already had a great sound to begin with but what refills really make it a monster?

Seconded. Them dudes should really check those sites out and look at the presets themselves to learn how synthesis works.

the two best thor refills, imho, can be found here: https://uniphonic.com/. they are not cheap but still worth every penny...
p.s. i'm wondering why there is no dedicated thread for the freshly released auditory vortex vol.2?

Personally I think the best Thor refills are by tom Pritchard.

He has done some other great refills too.
I have embraced Allihoopa. Come listen and play with my crap Figure loops here:

The interesting thing I find is that when people on these forums compare rack extensions to vsts in regards to sound quality others rarely mention what those rack extensions become through the power of refills.

These are really awesome if you use them form PSQ, KRON, Matrix or other arps/sequencers. Brilliant source for inspiration

Speaking of Uniphonic, Phat Math is the best Subtractor refill ever made IMHO.
