Is the sitar nation included in world booster pack same as the kontakt instrument sold in Impactsoundworks store? Or the WBP is a cut down version of these instruments?

No. Programming for the NNXT and Kontakt are quite different. The Kontakt version will cost more because often there is a lot more programming involved. I have the refill version and I think it's a great value.
