Cannot Find Reason Drum Kit 2.0 'Vintage Mono' Add-On Refill, as of Feb., 2, 2016

I've searched high and low. Found a post from 2015 which stated that the 'vintage mono' add-on refill link was at the bottom of this page:

But such is no longer the case. Anyone know where it can now be found?
