First of all, I don't have an option currently to host the refill somewhere for download.

The actual refill isn't that good or impressive and I don't use it. I've found there are some Simmons emulations in the factory soundbank that are much better, especially as you can tweak those to your preference. So I use those instead.

If you have it there is always an option to upload to wetransfer and then just share that link here it's a free refill so I wouldn't see that would be a problem.
