It's my contention that they're permanent items for the simple reason, that's how you get those refills now. For example, the guitars are removed from Jiggery Pokery's refill page at the shop as they're now part of the booster pack. So unless PH decide to just delete them(which I can't see happening), that's how they'll stay.

I have to say, if you've already got JP's guitars, you probably shouldn't bother with the Guitar and bass pack, unless most of what you want is rex files… JP's ReFills are the heart and soul of the booster pack. I already owned them, and thought $29US would be cheap to get more guitar sounds into my rack.. I'll probably use some of the Rex files along the way, but really pretty disappointed with the rest of the pack...
