That said, what exactly do you have in mind? Do you have a mellotron to sample? You have access to a lot of tapes? Can you record new tapes? Or are you processing sounds in order for them to appear as if played by a mellotron? Cause these option affect my wishes... anyway, best wishes!... can't wait

I downloaded these tron samples and made NNXT files for them and also made samples of my Emu Vintage keys Mellotron sounds (flutes, choir, stings) I can share these with you if you like. They are free samples as far as I know. I made some initial NNXT programs for forward, reverse, half-speed, and reversed half-speed.

Since I trialed ReTron I kind of fell in love with that sound of slow attack, spread out pads they have on each sound set.  I've been building combis just with the sounds in the FSB...so so sweet.  My favorite has flutes, strings, and choir stacked.  Wish I had some of the more obscure samples like bottles.  Can't wait to hear your refill!

when I downloaded those files the gong was not listed. It is not in the refill. I doubt that is a mellotron sound anyway. if this was a mellotron sound I would expect a bunch of other percussion sounds (one for each key)

you guys are welcome! I only did the sampling on the looped Vintage keys sounds and the NNXT patch progamming, the bulk of the samples were those found on the internet.
