Defo giving this a test drive. Looks like fun. Love those 3D images, makes me want to buy hardware again.

Extremely cool RE! Sounds fantastic and very fun to tinker with.

My only complaint is the missing power cable connection and/or battery compartment, luckily it somehow still works!

It runs on a fusion flux capacitor cell, no need for power cords, the cell will last several lifetimes!

Any plans for a launch day stream this evening (UK)?

Can only speak for myself here but your streams and videos have definitely led to me purchasing your products (and using Reason more not just the RRP). You seem to be enjoying them too if you dont mind me saying!

This is one of those devices that's so good and well thought out, that I could easily see as a stock Reason device. In fact I bet RS could base an entire version update with this as a headlining feature.

I've noticed that even when the Tape module is bypassed, the Hiss is still there, but only after you turn it.
So if you have Hiss applied, but then bypass the Tape module, you won't hear hiss, unless you turn the knob, then hiss reappears even with the module bypassed.

Oh, that doesn't sound right – will look into it first thing on Monday!

I have to agree with you there. I was lucky enough to beta test it before it was in the store and for me it was like Synchronous on roids! Incredibly well thought through, incredibly flexible but also easy to use despite the crazy amount of options. Each preset patch has many different possibilities when you consider the algorithm in use, and the context under-which the patch is being used, so a really powerful Swiss army type tool which is exciting to see in the RE store.

Updated with the list of algorithms:

For the algorithm selector, waveshaper and designator you can click the headlines (panel print) to show a popup menu displaying all options, click and drag in the display to scroll quickly, or of course use the up/down arrow buttons.
