I see. I like the way Reason handles VST, aside from glitches I experienced with one or two plugins. But when I have the choice I would choose RE over VST in Reason. Still, RS did a fine job with their VST-implementation. I agree.
Maybe I got Richard wrong the first time. What are the choises again?
- Not paying for RE if you own the VST ("free crossgrade") like we have currently with Synapse Audio products
- paying little for the RE if you own the VST equivalent ("small crossgrade fee")
- paying little for the RE if you do not own the VST equivalent <-- count me in!
- paying little for a smaller RE version of a bigger VST version like with Antidote vs. Dune 3
(sorry, I have a cold and am a bit unfocused. The good news: I stay at home and plan out my BF shopping list. I hope I' going to buy the right REs ... )
