Missing Maia Synthesizer by PinkNoise Studio under Instruments

For some reason Maia Synthesizer by PinkNoise Studio isn't showing up under instruments. I updated, uninstalled, reinstalled and restart Reason 12 but it still doesn't show up under instruments...Any ideas

I'm using 11 suite and was using maia 3 days ago and now its not showing up under instruments. It started with algoritm, that I had to contact reason technical support to get it working again. Did you update companion and reason 12 to the latest versions? If so make sure your online and then start reason to see if it writes the license to maia.
