ProjectSAM volume

I think I may be losing the plot slightly, but I've bought this a while back and notice everytime I open a project I have to adjust the volume to make it sound right, it's either louder than I remember it or barely audible.

Had a quick look through and can't see anyone raising similar issues, is it just me? At first i thought it was just me but a few times it's been practically silent so I'm not sure!

It could be your midi controller is doing this. Perhaps it has a dodgy rotary?

Interesting thought but unfortunately I'm at home so no midi controller (for now!)
