Sync All does not work anymore? as before...

i think someone mentioned it also in a thread here, but at some point i noticed, that 'sync all', did not update all RE's you have.

and if you click on update, and cancel that; update is gone. (why would you do that, because, well sometimes, you are :shock: :? :? :? ).

so sometimes you must check if all is the latest version, or do only the update thingy...

i have Reason installed on 1 system, and soon it will be on 2 systems again. in that case Sync All, will not work.

there seems to be something changed, but what?

was my post not clear, or doesn't anybody has this problem:

Sync All, was always the way to update all RE's...

it does not work that way anymore.

or am i missing something?

so i have to update a RE manually, every RE that has update next to it....

your post is clear and many experience this presently( and for about a year or so)... I hope this issue is fixed soon. :exclamation:
If you have purchased a lot of racks > the process is time consuming , annoying and confusing. There are many threads with users experiencing this problem including the one Joey pointed out. :re: :shock:

ok! thanks for the confirmation.... for a year? i believe, it started, when, 3 months ago, or 2? my sense of time is strange but that strange... o well...

indeed it is very annoying. 4 pages of RE's, well also KHS, so... but still... it was easy SYNC ALL, and you were up to date....

and with 2 systems??? you must double check everything.

strange. when i have the energy, i shall write support.

maybe it is me whose time is off :puf_bigsmile: It seems like a year anyway.
I have two systems... once all the updates are found and and you select update on all your updated racks... then hit sync all on both machines and then sync all works... it no longer seems to find updates that you do not select the free upgrade button on for me... but works once you select buy the free updates on each rack updated. I first find the racks, hit the purchase free upgrade button on multiple updated racks and then hit sync all... once you do it on one the other will work just hitting sync all.
btw> KHS is no longer updating racks as they are now strictly VST and no longer support the rack environment with updates or new racks.

I just bought a RE but instead of clicking DOWNLOAD after checkout, I went to My Products and clicked SYNC ALL. Authorizer opened up but nothing happened. However, when I opened up Reason, the RE was there.

I checked Authorizer and instead of sorting by Install Date I sorted by Developer and found the RE in the list. However, it said I installed the RE on 10/3/22. I swear I never had it and just bought it/downloaded it today. Unless they tricked me into buying it twice LOL
