If it would have an Audio in, it would be quite cool to use just for the convolutions effects, and the effect chain is quite nice.
I t can also be used as a drum module in poliphonic mode...

I hàve seen far worst romplers in Rs to be honest I was tempted more than once to buy this, at 9 eur it was not so bad,
I trialled it but didnt get it in the end, but Id like it. And then the Wtfm...

Itàs a very creative Rompler, respect your POv, but i quite am on the opposite side

I'm with you on that!
I can only imagine the stress, sleepless nights and hard work it must take to bring a product like a RE from concept to finished release. I've never used this one and I may flip out and find it is the greatest thing since UberRompler20 or I might never use it again but the developer has chosen to give it away and that is very generous indeed. It is also a part no matter how small in the development of REs and the history of Reason...it is now a collector's item, get it while you still can

Once I jumped into old Citroen CV. The suspension was too soft, acceleration was just shitty, no comfort with the wheel, etc ..
I said: terrible car, the worst I drove so far.
One man said: harsh words, can you make better one?

By the way. There must be reason that developer gives it away. Probably noone wanted to spend a penny for that thing.
I'm not critisizing the maker, I'm critisizing his unfortunate RE.

Hi to all. Thanks for all this words.
Just can add that this is the first RE in the shop, that was been build under IDT. Only big time ago other developers add own products. So it like a pioneer of IDT RE.
Long time we try to find way how to upgrade it to something interesting for this days. But ready architecture is very limited, and we prefer to discontinue this product. Creating v.2.0 of course break versions support, and we not interesting today in instrument with multi instrument lines. Reason can’t run voices individually as multitracking per one device. And better to have special devices. Meteora is more concept of rompler.
Closing this product we closing first steps in IDT RE that was been our first product in the shop.

I can add, we have big project and work on it about 5 years, it ready on 98% long time - ALATYR model Osc synth.
But we not need to publish it all this years. Time is going, and we already rebuild it 3 times from zero.
If anybody think that you can seat and make what you need, it’s not easy. Concept of instrument is much deeper thing with realisation variants. We not publishing big part of our works, have big pack of unfinished products that never going to the shop.
Meteora was been a first concept, but when we build it, make some stater errors, that not possible to fix for published products

We prolongate it as free product at near time for bigger period (from 1 Nov it come to previous price, and must be finally back on the next week for free for additional time).
