Lectric Panda PSQ-1684 sync issues

I just got Reason 11 and downloaded the demo of this sequencer
I synced it to transport and the pulse is out of time
am I doing something wrong?

First, make sure the Count knob is set to Down (it defaults to Up, which is annoying)

Then if it's set to Transport, it won't snap automatically to the grid. If you stop it playing, it will just start up again from wherever you left the cursor. So you need to make sure that every time you start it, the cursor is starting from somewhere on the grid (i.e. on a bar, half, quarter, 1/8 or 1/16)
