Ahhhh... This might explain why my trial isn't working. Perhaps I downloaded it at just the wrong time, whilst you were 'between versions', Jason. I signed up for it on Monday morning, and although the DL seems to have worked smoothly (ie. approx 5Gb of SSD space has been eaten up during the installation, which sounds about right), the Helium RE simply isn't appearing in my list of Rack Extensions inside Reason. I tried 'sync all' again, about an hour ago, but to no avail.

The other three DNA products I own are there, including the AMAZING 'Glacius' (huge congrats on that btw, JD - it's a beauty)... but Helium seems to have vanished into the ether. It's as if it never existed, and yet it still shows up in authorizer, ('installed 17/05/2021 11.48am').

I've put a support ticket in to the guys at ReasonStudios, but I'm guessing they're pretty busy right now.
