Sequential switch as in eurorack

My mind is a bit slow at the moment and I'm having trouble figuring out how would one set up this sort of behaviour in Reason and with which RE or would I need any Re at all.

How does it work? Sending a note from a sequence to one device and then to a different device in a specified order? If so, Delta can do that.

Oh yeah, forgot about Delta. Always avoided to buy it for some reason, but I think I'll have to. Yeah, delta should be able to.

This is actually what I want to try. And it seems that it can be done different ways in reason the more I think about it. But still, I like the presentation in this video, so maybe something similar.
