Reason has such a great community that benefits from a ton of passionate developers making some of the most radical DSP tools available. Thought I'd give a shout-out to them! Some post on here all the time with super helpful stuff and are really important contributors here. What great interactions or encounters have you had?

I had an issue with Prop's pricing shenanigans that left me high and dry, but fortunately I told Lectric Panda, and they put in a lot of effort and sorted it out. Thank you Lectric Panda!!!

I had some correspondence with Selig before I got his B3/Leslie refill. He offered me satisfaction or my money back.
I did not ask for my money back.

Selig, Lectric Panda and Ochen K. I’ve always gotten long and in depth replies to my questions which have clarified matters and very often taught me stuff about other stuff.

Lectric Panda, Selig, and Robotic Bean are renowned for their great service around here, although I’ve rarely ever contacted them about support. Turn2On was really helpful when I had some questions and reported a bug for the Ghammy RE last year. Kuassa is also really good at staying on top of questions and suggestions here.

Love the man and his products, but I've never had to contact him cos his manuals are so freakin' detailed.

I emailed Lectric Panda about an accessibility question and never received a reply. Not really holding it against them though.

Adam from Forgotten Clank. I found a bug and he was a really good communicator and fixed it promptly. Honestly most developers I’ve interacted with a very nice people.
