MIDI channel filter

Is there a midi channel filter player?
Would be nice to put it on an instrument in the reason vst plugin.
Then it will be possible to play multi channel in one rack

The problem is that Reason is itself a sort of MIDI channel filter, as it only transmits on channel 1 to VST plug-ins, and no player can change that.
