Can anyone suggest a way of getting a long decay on the end of a power cord note?
The abrupt ending is a bit wrong in some cases and putting a long reverb on doesn't do it.
a list power chords
If you are using a synth to procuce the notes, set the sustain and or the release value higher.

Power Chord note, try (using Staduim Rock patch) selecting C#1 from standard phrases, and for a sustained chord, try E1 from the same group. Both give nice sustained notes. I haven’t tried other patches, but it certainly works on this patch.

This is probably the best solution. I will turn up the echo knob 100% on this comment.1reasonable wrote: ↑08 Dec 2020Power Chord note, try (using Staduim Rock patch) selecting C#1 from standard phrases, and for a sustained chord, try E1 from the same group.
