Can't find Pattern Mutator in my player list!

Just installed the free VU-Meter that Mr Frigg posted, and it writes a license and works........ don't understand it anymore......

What does the web page says about the Mutator Player? How is it licensed there?

I've not read the full thread so you may have already said but are you logging into Reason DAW as demos require you to be signed in?

If I may, I just purchased Kompulsion (a player) and I'm having the exact same issues as OP.
Tried all suggested fixes.

So I am not alone, but you bought one and does not get recognized? The ones bought and for free get recognized by my system, but not the trail ones....

I had this problem for months!
Purchased items worked fine, but demos couldn’t be seen. Even free ones, if I used the demo they were invisible, but once I “purchased” them, they worked.

A second computer running the same license worked fine!

I posted on here about it, as well as asked Reason support, with no luck.

I’m on a Mac, so I’m surprised that the same problem is found across the platforms.

My solution: delete all the software, support files, and preferences, and download and reinstall a new copy. No idea what difference it technically made, but all of a sudden everything worked!
It wasn’t as annoying or time consuming as I had thought, but it is a big download. Something for you to try?

Thanx, yeah that would be a lot of work and downloads, I'm on 11 suite....... But maybe I have to try it!

I just downloaded/trialed the Mutator. And it did not show up for me either!
I then deleted it from the Authorizer window, redownloaded from the shop download window which I still had on a browser tab, synced all and now it shows up.

I did uninstall Reason, trashed the prefs, installed again - and yes it works now!!!

On the way I lost my templates and drumkits which I id not back up but hey Pattern Mutator trail works....
