I've added a few, not on all devices but on more then three of them.. One has two eggs in it. I only know one egg has been found until now

The problem is that if you're making software these days it's good practice to document everything your code does. If you want things to be signed off or signed up you always need to toe the line. What could be seen as a bit of fun could also be misinterpreted as malicious code. Stupid but that's why easter eggs are less of a thing in software now.
