installs reason 11 suite.... yet second work station running reason 10nwill not even download it by sync all oe direct download.advice?

it’s working in 11, but not 10? sounds like the RE might’ve been done on a newer SDK that wasn’t available in use in whatever version of v10 you’re using. maybe?

Hi. Bad situation.. DoubleComb support and work with R10 and R11 perfectly. And also must be available for Reason 9.
Problem must be from server side.

Device never have any updates, and currently v1.0, based under SDK2.5 (device released in 2018).
[Anyway, latest SDK from RS - also support Reason from v. 10.1 and newer include 11]
Problem not in SDK version or RE.

Please write to ReasonStudios support.. Problems from their side, may be authorisation server.. don't know.
And please write to us if you resolve problem / or not at near time.
Its sad if product unavailable for work. Sorry, but cant help with it right now.

Do you have installed Reason 10 on the same system as Reason 11? And maybe you are using signing in for internet auth with one but computer auth / ignition key on the other?

If you purchased a RE or got free RE license after authorizing computer or ignition key, the computer auth / ignition key RE-license may need to be refreshed from My Products on the reasonstudios account webpages. Whats going on after you try to sync all from account?

If we talk about trial-versions that time out, only internet auth will work.

Need more info about problem (how much PCs - one or two in work at the same time, do you run them in parallel from 2 pc or they installed at one machine? How you authorise R10 and R11, do you download any free license after authorisation of computer/ignition key)?
