I tried the semi knobs, but it makes the sound "out of harmony" if you know what I mean?
I mean it's different than others's synths' octave selection wich only changes the sound to octave hihgher - lower not affecting the harmony?

The fine tuning will do that but +/- 12 on the semi tones as Tritone said should move you up or down a full octave. Alternatively check out TonicMint's octave thing...it's free.
