CVA-7 now open source

As promised in a different thread, I just released CVA-7 as open source. You can now check it out on github (https://github.com/pongasoft/re-cva-7), including the mini framework I created to build this one and the other REs.

I will release the other REs source code shortly.

Pity that was written before SDK 2.5 and RT string properties.
Nonetheless, it's a great example for studying RE development.
