Some RE extensions are only available online
I had a similar problem when I purchased a Synapse Audio RE. I did the "Sync All" through my account, but I was still getting the "online only" login screen when opening Reason. I ended up going to the actual product page for the RE in the RS Shop and it showed an update available. Odd, because no update was shown as being available in my account and said update was old, released long before I synced/installed the RE. I updated and then it worked fine after. Maybe give that a shot?
