After upgrading my synthetic bundle, quite some time passed while downloading the massive "Super Audio Cart" rack extension, and I am curious now, with many big RE's in my arsenal:
Does having a long list of RE's downloaded negatively impact the speed/ responsiveness of Reason's performance overall?
Thanks for any help answering this!
WIll Too Many Downloaded RE's Slow Reason Down?

The only problem I've ever seen is with the Authorizer - any time it "updates licenses" or if you do a "sync all" that could be a bit of a wait. As far as the actual performance of Reason itself, I haven't seen any effect from just HAVING a long list of REs, aside from scrolling through menu bars. The main factor is actually placing REs into the Rack and using them.

No. Only maybe on startup if authorizer is needed.
