It's funny cause I shit the bed on Mother's Day. Wasn't really motivated to get the wife anything and figured we'd just do a special family get together thing with extended family. She seemed fine with it at the time, but several days later and it all comes out that she was indeed not fine with it at all. So tl;dr, sometimes those REs are the faint glimmers of fun in an otherwise complicated world to navigate. Hardware she'd notice, but not software lol.

That being said, I've got Polar in my cart at the moment. I had been meaning to get it but could never justify the full asking price.
When you say shit the bed, is that an expression or did you literally shit the bed?
It's an expression for "I screwed up."

Theres nothing that really excites me tbh
I was the most excited about the synth bundle by Noise Engineering but pretty dissapointed that no one of their REs went on sale, so I'm most likely not to buy anything either, maybe won't buy any from the Noise Engineering REs in the future either, have enough stuff to do what I need right now

Is the noise engineering synth bundle 2 perpetually on sale though? It's $85 for 6 synths versus $105 or something for synth bundle 1 and it's 3 synths. In the product description it says 'on sale till March 11th' . Does anyone remember what price the synth bundle 2 launched at?

Think the best I've seen the last 2yrs is $69. Synth Rigs would be less if you consider the average cost/RE.
10% off at Waves with link: https://www.waves.com/r/6gh2b0

Rosetta Stoned by Tool makes a lot more sense to me now.

This is my question as well. I like the first Synth Bundle enough to buy it on sale. I haven't even trialed the 2nd bundle and I'm not sure what the full price or sale is supposed to be.

it was recently $129 right before they updated to Rigs4. It's not uncommon to see a 50% off sale, not sure if they will go more than that next time. we will see :)

Wait, 129 it was regular price of rig v3 ? Or just sale price.
And, v4 was free for v3 users ? or no. (If no - how a much)

No, the upgrade price is €79 (same as the upgrade price from v2 to v3).

V2 to V3 upgrade was €99. I know because I bought V2 a few weeks before V3 came out.

Well, you're casting doubt here, I just checked my orders and realized that I hadn't upgraded from 2 to 3 but from 1 to 2 for €79. It was end of February though, so there might have been a sale at the time...

I think I read somewhere that an upgrade had been on sale once. Buying v2 just before v3 was a bit annoying especially as a few weeks after that V3 was on sale for €149 but the upgrade was still €99. Oh well I don’t need any more REs anyway ha ha:).

This is my first May Madness since buying Reason. I've reviewed everything on sale and bought a couple of Europa refills and am checking out the demos of severak synths to decide which ones I'll buy. I'm curious, in the past did they add anything later in the month or has everything that's going to be on sale already been made available ?

In the past some stuff has been added in the days following the start of the sale so you never know :).

If you want to make some good deals, check out the Synapse Bundle and Gurilla Bundle - they are currently not on sale, but maybe...and check the Rigs. Good value for the money.

WongoTheSane, MrFigg, ok ty for info, but still need to know - 129$ it was regular price of rig v3 ? Or just sale price.
Added: ok, as i googled, regular price of v3 was 349$ ? omg.
So, 129 was really some nobrain.
Then perhaps there is sense to waiting (or grabbing what not to included in bundle at least).

Or - do the price of the rig authomatically reduced for the user, respectively to already owned RE's from that rig in his acc ? hehe.

Nope. Best to wait for the lowest sale price that I’ve seen of $129.

What is not taken into account this RE's that user already own. IE that this is not produce affect to bundle price. (That usually called loyalty).

I'd say yes, I've been seeing those same prices for months already, I was interested in the synth bundle 1 but took a look at synth bundle 2 as well and both have had these same prices for the last months. I don't know exactly why synth bundle 2 is cheaper even when having twice as many synths as 1, but I guess there are some differences that justify the price difference.

Looks that way. I bought synth bundle 2 anyway back in March for that price. Pretty good bargain at 80. They're definitely a very niche, but very fun bunch of synths that I get a lot of use out of. I kinda look at the bundle more like 6 different patches of the same idea. If you own complex-1 I'd say you don't NEED these. But then if you already love complex-1, the noise engineering stuff is a nice fun complimentary package.
